It’s a beautiful day at harmony wellness center and I can’t wait to get to my kitchen and start cooking. recently I was asked about links of eating meat(steak) and weight loss. Well, I usually recommend using lean meat as much as possible. Also, add herbs and spices that have anti-inflammatory effects. Rosemary is one aromatic herb with amazing health benefit. Ingredients of rosemary marinated steak recipe:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 6 oz steaks (rump steak, sirloin, rib steak – anything you like)

First mix the rosemary, garlic, olive oil, and pepper to make a loose paste. Brush the rosemary paste all over till the steak (you can also do this simply with one spoon). Pre-heat your grill or oven to 450 F. Then lower the degree to 400 and put the steak on a hot part of the grill.
